PERSONALISED EYEWEAR STYLING

Every member of our team has undergone ‘The Art Of Eyewear Styling’ training as part of their Continuing Professional Development and are therefore certified in eyewear styling. This means that we don’t just leave you to choose a frame which might not be suitable for your prescription or lifestyle. Our expert fashion stylists spend time working with you to choose the most suitable frame to create either a statement look or a more subtle look, whilst bearing in mind the prescription lenses required for all of your lifestyle activities.

FASHION NICHE & DESIGNER EYEWEAR

Being independent means that we are not restricted in supplying frames from just one supplier, which allows us to source frame collections from all over the World. Our stylists are always keeping an eye on current trends and new designs and if there is a particular designer brand frame you would like, which we don’t currently stock, we can see if we are able to source direct for you. PERSONALISED OPTICAL LENS EXPERTS

Having invested in the latest technology allows us to provide the most advanced digital quality lenses which give the most natural, comfortable vision possible. Our lens experts will ask a number of questions relating to your individual lifestyle whether at work, at rest or at play. The most suitable lens is then discussed with you so you are able to have clear and comfortable vision for distance, intermediate and near vision.

EYEPLAN & FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

We know that you want the highest standards in eyecare and eyewear at an affordable price, which is why we offer Eyeplan. When you sign up to Eyeplan, you pay a small monthly subscription starting from just £9.95 in exchange for our Gold Standard Eye Examination, with reduced prices on spectacles and accessories. GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES

For your peace of mind, our premium products all come with specific guarantees and warranties. All frames come with a standard 12 months manufacturers warranty against any defects. Our varifocal lenses come with a 2 month non-tolerance guarantee and all Crizal Sapphire lenses come with a 2 year anti-scratch guarantee.

PRICE MATCH

All of our frames are priced according to the manufacturers suggested retail price (SRP) and to ensure we consistently offer the most competitive price, we regularly price monitor and compare against other retailers. Spectacles are customised to your visual needs, however, should you bring us a genuine like-for-like spectacle frame quotation from another high street registered opticians, we are happy to price match for you if it is lower. Our team will need to be satisfied that the product (frame and lenses) are the same make, model, size, design and colour and are available as a current model.
